Refunds Policy

 

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we offer an order adjustment service. Feel free to email us at support@hay-o.com to make changes to your order.

Return or Resend Policy:

Our return or resend policy is valid for 14 days from the date of arrival. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or resend.

Return Option: We accept returns for items shipped by us if the product is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). The item must be returned with proof of purchase. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hay-o.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is at your expense, and for quality-related returns, the shipping cost is refundable.

Resend Option: If the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item), we are happy to resend the correct product. In the case of transportation issues causing damage, we can resend a new product with a partial shipping cost borne by you.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

In cases where transportation issues make returns challenging and the goods are damaged upon receipt, we may bear part of the loss and refund a portion of the amount.
